HOIST BOTTOM DESIGN

The latest design of gjj sereis passenger hoist adopts FRP grating , which is corrosion-resistant, light in weight, high in strength, and easy to install.

Increase the load-bearing of the bottom of the construction hoist .

Mast sections

1. The GJJ hoist series mast section adopts Q345B high frequency welded pipe, the frame and pipeline adopt carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, the surface adopts immersion paint process, the inside and outside of the pipeline are fully covered, and the corrosion resistance is good.

2. The frame adopts the bending process, which has high strength and good safety performance. The milling machine processes the frame curvature to increase the welding contact area.

3. The rack is made of a C60 steel bar, which has high strength and wears resistance. The standard section connecting bolts use 8.8 grade galvanized high-strength bolts. The overall tooling process ensures installation accuracy.
